Recital Info!

Dress Rehearsal, Friday, May 31th at Saginaw Valley College in costume.  Dress rehearsal is fun in that kids sit in the audience and get to watch the other performers until it is their time to go on stage.

 

6:00 p.m. - Ballet kids in “Coppelia Ballet ages 5- teens”   We are starting promptly so be dressed and ready to go.  The following classes are in the Coppelia Ballet:  Monday 4:00 ballet, Mon 4:30 ballet, Mon. 5:15 ballet, Tuesday 5:30 ballet, Wednesday 5:15 ballet, and Thursday 5:30 ballet

6:45 p.m. –Baby tap, Baby Gym, Baby ballet & Baby hip hop are the “Tiny Tot Section” .  The tiny tots are also in the” Teddy Bear Dance” and “Skinamarink” at the end of their section.  They are not in the Grand Finale’ “Good Time” at the end of the show.

7:15 p.m. –remainder of the classes in recital

We will practice the grand finale “Good Time” before the 2nd half of rehearsal is run and then the 1st half of rehearsal kids can go home unless they have a dance in 2nd half of recital.  When your child is done with their recital dance during 2nd half of rehearsal, then they can leave.


Recitals: Sat, June 1st   Matinee-1:30- 4:30 p.m. arrive dressed to go at 12:30 p.m., evening performance 5:30-8:30 p.m.  Kids perform in both matinee & evening performance, except tiny tots, &  “Ballet Star in Coppelia” & “Rappin Ms Muffit” perform in one or other.  Check the draft of the program for you child’s name in the entranceway at the studio.
